Chain hotel on the outskirts of the old town. Staff very friendly and helpful, Very big room with lots of storage space (extra sofa bed) and the huge bed was really comfy, good double glazing so quiet at night, despite being on a main road. Decor was an odd mix of modern and old, could do with some updating - especially the bathroom tiles. Breakfast was buffet style and a good choice. Free off-street parking in the hotel's garage. Good wifi. 10-15 minutes walk into the old town, which is utterly charming and well worth a visit.

The facilities onsite and read, use computer with for friends. Breakfast was beautifully set up. Front desk staff friendly.

the reception staff were extremely helpful, professionally and welcoming. the lady receptionist very kindly organised a taxi for us to the airport and kept us informed when it was running a little late. she very swiftly took away any anxiety we had and allowed us to fully relax and enjoy our stay. the breakfast was excellent.

Extremely nice, helpful and always smiling staff with an individual attitude to the guest. Tasty breakfast in many variants. Rooms cleaned every day. Great location, next to the train station, very close to the port and the centro storico.

Conveniently close to the station and good standard. The room was big and very good, bed could be softer but this is often the case in Italy. Trani has a fab Harbour and a very impressive older city center with luxury shopping.

Although the style of the hotel little outdated but the room was very cozy and really clean and have a good atmosphere. The bed is unecxpectedly comfortable. In spite of Covid-19 the breakfast was quite good and served by a very friendly staff. The staff at the reception was extraordinarily kind and helpful. The old town and the see are just 5 minuits walk from the hotel! It was worth booking it for a very acceptable price!
